The Live Chat team does a great job nurturing your leads but sometimes some questions would be best responded to by you directly. The Live Chat team will assign the lead to your Live Box when your assistance is needed and ALAN will notify you via email. 

What if you are busy or unavailable? No worries! ALAN and the Live Chat team will continue to nurture leads even if they have been assigned to your Live Box.
