      Will I Be Billed for Unmarked Appointments?

      There is a chance you will be billed for unmarked appointments.

      As part of ALAN's model billing, an appointment that is left unmarked for more than 72 hours after the appointment start time will have a 40% chance of being billed.

      As a reminder, this will only affect End Users who do NOT regularly mark their appointments.
