What Do I Do When There Are Texts In My "Live Text" Tab?
Texts that appear in the "live" tab are the responsibility of the End User to answer.
If a text appears in the "live" tab, ALAN could not answer the individual lead's question or concern. It is our recommendation that the "live" tab is checked at minimum twice daily to ensure leads have their questions answered in a timely manner.
To answer a text:
- Type your message in the text box.
- Press send
- Mark the chat as automated to move it back to the automated column.
