What is Facebook Pixel Helper?

Overview

Facebook Pixel Helper is a Google Chrome Browser extension that automatically reviews any website for a Facebook Pixel code. When a code is found, the extension will light up with a green box. Once lit, you can view the Pixel code and compare to your own to determine if your Facebook Pixel is firing properly. 

Application

First things first, make sure you download the extension. You can find that HERE. 

Next, navigate to your Facebook Events Manager (https://business.facebook.com/events_manager) and grab your pixel code. You can find that using the picture below. 

Then use a landing page that has your pixel embedded. Once the page is fully loaded your Facebook Pixel Helper will light up if there is a pixel embedded. 

Just compare the code that your Facebook Pixel Helper found compared to your own. If everything matches up, your Pixel is firing properly.
