What Do The Colors On The Calendar Mean?

Each color on the calendar represents a different action that needs to take place or has taken place.

Black: the appointment has not yet passed.

Blue: the appointment is in the past, and has been marked as a "show."

Green: the appointment is in the past, and has been marked as "sold."

Red: the appointment is in the past, and has been marked as a "no show."

If an appointment in the future is red, it means that the lead was marked as a "no show" for a previous appointment.

Cancelled appointments are completely removed from the calendar.
