How Do I Update My Offer In ALAN?

Changing your advertising offer aka your Promo?

If you are updating the offer you are running in your ads, you will want to make sure your ALAN account is updated as well, so that when prospective leads are texted, they are being texted about the same offer they signed up for. 

To do this, just navigate to the settings icon at the top right of your ALAN account. Scroll down to "Campaign Settings" and you'll want to change the Promo Name to reflect the offer you have changed to. Do this by clicking on the two blue bars on the far right of the field name. 

Once complete, click "Save".
