If I Cancel Or Mark A Lead As "No Show," Will ALAN Send Anything?

Yes, marking a lead as "no show" initiates the "no show/cancellation" sequence.

Once a lead is marked as "no show" (red on the calendar), or has their appointment cancelled, ALAN will reach out shortly after with a cancellation/no show campaign that requests the next best available time for the lead to come in. 

Because of this, it is imperative that the appointments are correctly marked.
