It is imperative that appointments are marked correctly and in real-time. Marking appointments changes how ALAN interacts with the lead.

Appointments can be retroactively adjusted from a "no-show" to a "show"; however, you will not be able to retroactively adjust an appointment marked as "show" to "no-show."
