What Is The Account Build Timeframe?

Please allow for 3 business days, not including the date of submission for ALL new builds, re-builds, and funnel swaps, pending all information is submitted correctly.

For Adjustments and Account Maintenance: 

  • Once your request is submitted via email, a member of our support team will respond with a confirmation and will provide a timeframe for your request to be completed.
    • Please ensure that you have included the End User's name and Email Address associated with the account request.

If you are seeking the status of an End User's build, please email us at support@usealan.com.

We ask that you only request a status update if you have not received a build complete email within the designated timeframe.
