How Can I Change My Account/Display Name?

For troubleshooting and support purposes, we ask that you only make changes to your display name, email, and password.

Should the ownership of your account need to be changed, please reach out to our support department for further assistance. 

To change the display name:

  • Click on your icon at the top right of your ALAN account and select "Account Details". Be sure to save any changes made at the bottom.
