Can I Run Multiple Campaigns?
YES! As of July 2023 End Users now can run an UNLIMITED number of campaigns!
Our new Multiple Campaign Feature allows your End Users to have more than one campaign/promo running eliminating the need for multiple ALAN accounts for one location.- Each location must have their own ALAN account
- Partners must have the campaigns active under their account to be made available for their End Users
- Multiple Campaign Feature is currently ONLY offered within the same industry
- Each campaign MUST have their own Funnel and Appointment Type
Should you wish to use multiple campaigns, please contact Support for Campaign Activation rather than Campaign Switch and be sure to provide the following:
- End User Name
- End User Email Address associated with the account
- Desired Campaign/Promo
