The ALAN team does not recommend loading cold leads into ALAN directly, as the messaging campaign will not align with their present situation and can lead to a poor client experience.
If you still wish to do this, you can create communication for your cold leads (email, Facebook, etc.), and in that communication, you will need to have a short description of your current promotion and the URL to the opt-in of your current ALAN funnel. By re-engaging your cold leads and familiarizing them with the offer before they are put into ALAN, there will be less confusion and better traction.
