Yes! But we only suggest importing warm/hot leads.
Before you upload a massive list of leads into ALAN there are a few things to keep in mind:
- ALAN works best with leads that know about your business and have shown interest.
- We DO NOT suggest uploading cold leads and strongly urge against it. Cold leads are not going to know why they are getting random texts to schedule an appointment and our Live Chat team is going to struggle trying to nurture them resulting in a high opt-out rate.
- The ideal lead that should be uploaded would be someone that maybe visited the location but never committed. Think "recapturing" or "re-engaging" with a lead.
Though ALAN has the capability to accept imported leads, it was designed to nurture leads through an opt-in sequence so we can't guarantee that all of your leads will be imported. Best practice is to import leads in small batches.
Here are a few ways to import leads in ALAN:
- Upload leads one-by-one (best for <10-15 leads)
- Upload batch leads (best for leads that will be bulk imported, all at once)
i.e. CRM leads / reactivation lists / CSV / other bulk imports - Upload leads as they come in (best for “drip” leads)
i.e. Facebook lead forms, website forms that are not on Clickfunnels or GoHighLevel - Connect Facebook lead forms from directly within ALAN (best for ease of use & direct integration, but less flexible than integration via Zapier)
