Step 1
After logging into your Acuity Account, Navigate to your Calendars by clicking on, "Availability" in the left hand menu.
Step 2
Locate the calendar you are wanting to add notifications to and click on, "Calendar Settings"

Within the text block labeled, "Email / Phone Notifications Will Be Sent To" place any email or phone numbers or emails needed here. Be sure to separate them with commas.
